The Sellwood SRH1500700 provides a longer opening, making it easier to access roofs which have a steeper pitch, where opening clearance behind the user is critical. It has an internal measurement of 1500mm x 700mm. The longer opening complies with the NZBC D1/AS1 Access Routes code where a fixed, step-type ladder is fitted and it is suitable for commercial applications where the longer opening is clear of obstructions.
