Tony and I would just like to thank you, your sales rep and the installer for the fabulous service we received from beginning to completion, installing our attic ladder. We love the product and the storage space it has afforded us. We love that the installation went smoothly, efficiently and on the day it was planned. Calling the office has been pleasant and efficient for queries and payment, and Andrew was equally efficient and pleasant with his sales.
We would recommend your company and product to anyone considering an attic ladder. (Our son is green with “attic ladder envy”!!)
And a big thanks to Phil the installer he was very professional and did a top job, I'm very happy with the final results.

Your ladder certainly works a treat & I'm pleased that I can now get on with constructing the framing & not have to spend any more time on searching the net...Thanks again for taking the time to discuss my situation... Sellwood made a loft storage space in my previous property and I was so pleased with it that the very first thing I did in my new home in Hobsonville was to have a Sellwood ladder fitted and the loft space floored off.
Phil (the fitter) did an excellent job within the space of a few hours and cleaned up meticulously after completion. I am delighted with the result and we have increased our storage space dramatically.
I particularly chose Sellwood because the ladder is developed and engineered in NZ and so we have absolute confidence that it is safe and robust.

I just wanted to drop a note to express my thanks at the level of service I have received from your company. From the time I contacted you for a quote to installation was less than a week. Amazing. We love the change of light that the Skytube has made to our ensuite which was rather dark and the added feature of light and extractor fan is awesome. I would also like to say a very big thank you to your installer Chris who really went the extra mile with this installation, even so much as to come back to our house on a public holiday to help us remove part of the Skytube so that the electrical work could be done (the roof being too small for our electrician). His professionalism and service was exemplary. He kept in contact with me by phone informing me when he would arrive at my home. He called to say he was running late so not to convenience me and then again when he had completed the job. I had no qualms about leaving him in my home unsupervised whilst I was at work. Thank you.
Just a line to thank you for the excellent service we received when we had two skylights installed recently. Your communication was good and the installer was very pleasant and efficient. Thanks for the pen too! We keep thinking we have left the light on in the rooms with the new skylights! It makes such a difference to have them and we will certainly recommend you to our friends. Hi guys. About 4 years ago I installed one of your Regular 31 loft ladders. It really was the first step in a massive, total renovation of a 90 year old villa. Absolutely everything went up those stairs - rewiring, insulating, storing the half of the house that was being worked on etc etc. My only regret is that I should have opted for the Deluxe 31 - with the use the ladder has got, the gentler slope and wider treads would have made all the difference! So there it is. A very happy customer who can't believe these things aren't standard issue in all houses! Though the modern truss building system probably limits the practicality... I currently have some Sellwood attic stairs and really value them. We are shifting to a brand new house with a lot of ceiling space... I would like to install the attic stairs in the garage, and three or four of the rooms. Making them a feature of the house and adding 60 sqm to the storage space.
I was really impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by Phil during the installation of our ceiling hatch. He kept us well informed of what was happening and we are really happy with the final result - it looks great and makes a huge difference to our house spacewise, that we can store boxes of seldom used stuff in the attic. The team at Sellwood were very accomodating and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
I would like to say how absolutely delighted I am with the stairs and the floor that Brodie did such a great job of installing. It was a lot of money but I am so pleased that I went with Sellwood and will be recommending your product to anybody who might be interested.
Just a short note to let you know how absolutely thrilled we are with the two (Sky)tubes we had installed. We are amazed at the huge difference it has made. Both my husband and I keep going to turn the ͚lights͛off.
