As well as installing your new attic ladder, your Sellwood agent may be able to install a storage platform in your attic so you can begin storing your things straight away.
Ordinarily a timber sub frame is fitted to your existing joists or trusses to strengthen your ceiling. Then sheets of flooring are screwed to the subframe to create the storage platform.
