Sellwood Pivotal Ladders pivot from 70° to 90° to keep the area below the ladder unobstructed. They can also be used in place of a retractable ladder where the area below the ladder does not need to be completely free from obstruction and / or there is no aesthetic requirement for the ladder to fold away out of site. Sellwood Pivotal Ladders are commercial grade ladders, rated at 200kg, set at 70° when in place and custom built to the required height up to 5000m.
