The Sellwood SRH1200900 provides a longer, wider opening, making it easier to bring tools and equipment onto the roof. It has an internal measurement of 1200mm x 900mm. The longer opening complies with the NZBC D1/AS1 Access Routes code where a fixed, step-type ladder is fitted and it is suitable for commercial applications where the larger opening is clear of obstructions.
