Smarter, easier access to HVAC equipment.
The Sellwood roof access system was retrofitted into Juralco’s Auckland Headquarters in Henderson. Before having the system installed, the building owner was paying for an expensive scissor lift every time servicemen needed to access the HVAC equipment.
The system comprises a retractable ladder, roof hatch and grabrail. In this application the retractable ladder folds up inside the roof hatch and no second stage ladder is required.
