Safer, easier roof access.
The Air Pro building in Avondale incorporated a Sellwood roof access system to provide safer, easier access onto the roof. The system included a Sellwood retractable ladder, custom fixed ladder and roof hatch.
A timber frame was built down from the roof purlins to the level of the suspended ceiling for the retractable ladder to be installed into.
