Sellwood Products Website Terms of Use
These Website Terms of Use apply to the Sellwood Products Ltd website under the domain name www.sellwood.co.nz (Sellwood website). They cover the use of the Sellwood website and apply to you when you use the Sellwood website. They are issued by Sellwood Products Limited and are effective from 1 July 2017.
“Using” includes visiting, making purchases through the Sellwood website, participating in promotions advertised, using or dealing with any site content and the providing of information through the Sellwood website.
If you need to refer to these terms again, they can be accessed from the link at the bottom of any page of the Sellwood website. By using the site you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
1.0 About Us
The site is owned and operated by Sellwood Products Ltd located in Auckland, New Zealand. You can contact us on phone 09 477 0820.
2.0 Ordering Goods and Services
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. An order is placed on the Sellwood website by adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. On completion of your order, you will be sent a confirmation email and payment will be deducted from your credit card via Windcave Limited.
By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our standard Terms and Conditions of Trade for product purchases, which apply in addition to these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and are available upon request.
By placing an order, you warrant that all the details you provide are correct and that you are authorised to use the credit card you use to make the order.
3.0 Delivery Times and Methods
Sellwood ships and delivers nationwide via couriers and freight forwarders. Orders received before midday are usually dispatched the same day while orders received after midday are dispatched the following day. Delivery times vary depending on your location and product ordered. Allow between 2 - 5 working days. Sellwood will notify you if this is not the case and offer either a full refund or an agreed delivery date.
A signature is required for all deliveries unless otherwise agreed. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been paid for in full. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will use this delivery information to make a claim to our freight company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have confirmed that delivery was not successful.
4.0 Returns, Cancellations and Refund Policy
Products may be returned for refund within 30 days from the date of shipment. All products returned must be returned in their original unused condition, including specifications and packaging, any accompanying accessories, guarantees and instructions together with the invoice and/or packing slip accompanying the products. Returned products with missing parts and accessories will not necessarily be accepted. Sellwood may charge a 10% restocking fee on non-damaged return items. The customer is responsible for freight costs incurred in returning the product.
Defective merchandise will be handled according to the terms of the relevant limited warranty.
Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser through the payment authority where the original purchase was made.
Where the products arrived damaged by the delivery company, immediately contact Sellwood by email stating the nature of the damage and providing photos. Email - sales@sellwood.co.nz

5.0 Refusing or Cancelling Orders
In the unfortunate event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available, or if there has been a typographical price error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely in our discretion, have been placed for any reason other than ordinary use in a home or business, e.g. if we have reason to believe that you are any kind of reseller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely in our discretion, have been placed fraudulently.
While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted. A full refund will be issued.

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.
7.0 Pricing
All prices listed on the Sellwood website are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on the Sellwood website at any time for any reason. The advertised online price may differ from the price offered to you if you contact a Sellwood reseller or agent directly.

We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy. (c) The statutory guarantees and implied terms, covenants and conditions contained in the CGA are excluded to the fullest extent permitted at law, and do not apply.

Sellwood reserves the right to alter, modify or update these terms of use at any time before you enter into a binding sales order. Please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
