Architects, designers, building owners, building managers and tenants all have a responsibility to provide workers safe access onto the roof of their buildings. Sellwood Commercial Roof Access systems provide these contractors safe, easy access onto roofs of commercial buildings without the need for a step ladder, silo ladder or scissor lift. The system incorporates a retractable ladder installed on the top level of the building, custom fixed ladder, roof hatch and roof hatch barrier. Sellwood Commercial Roof Access systems can be designed into new buildings or retrofitted into existing buildings.
