Similar to the R27, but suitable for ceiling heights between 2750 and 3100mm (10' 2"). Such ceiling heights are common in houses built during the 1920s-1930s.

Regular R36 timber attic stairs

Similar to the R27 and R31, but suitable for ceiling heights between 3100mm and 3660mm (12'). Such ceiling heights are common in houses built before 1920. The lower sections are supported by extra springs for feather light operation.
