Natural Lighting

Lighting Up Your Storage Space:

Sellwood can supply and install skylights like the Skytube 400mm clear domes into your roof, providing natural daytime light. Skytubes clear dome skylights come equipped with a grill ventilation system that reduces the temperature in the attic as well as providing fresh air.

Roof Windows

For larger areas, you may need a roof window. These provide excellent natural lighting and can be opened for extra ventilation.
We supply and install The Velux range of Skylights and Roof windows. Roof windows are recommended where attic areas are used for purposes other than just
storage such, as room for a study, den or studio.

Lighting and Power

Sellwood can also arrange for the installation of electric lighting and power points, if required.

Ventilation

Keeping Your Storage Space Cool:

Sellwood can keep your attic storage space cool and dry with the Skytube Whirleyvent©. With a Whirleyvent© Header Kit, air in the attic storage space is constantly circulated. This cools and distributes the air, ensuring your storage space stays fresh and dry. As the hot air rises, the Whirleyvent© begins spinning in the slightest breeze, expelling the hot air.

The Skytube Whirleyvent comes either black or clear, which allows natural light into you storage space.
